Our Services are provided to trades and home service businesses across the United States and the United Kingdom. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.
We provide lead capture, automation, and growth tools, which may include a converting website, missed call text back, speed to lead, automated follow-up, review and referral systems, paid ads management, AI voice, and CRM automations. Specific deliverables are described at the time you sign up or on a call.
You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will end at the close of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by breaking the law, sending unlawful or unsolicited messages, infringing others' rights, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any messaging or calling features complies with applicable regulations.
All content, software, and materials we provide remain our property or that of our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them solely in connection with the Services.
The Services may integrate with third-party tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
We work hard to deliver results, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a particular number of leads, jobs, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LevoLead is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold LevoLead harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that may cause harm or legal exposure.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which LevoLead operates for your account, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
